As salamoalaikum Shaikh, I wanted to ask about the non-Muslims marriages. If both the husband and the groom are non-Muslims, does this marriages remain valid in the eyes of Islam. We Muslims perform the act of marriage as per guidance of Qur'an and Sunnah, however, all the non-Muslims perform the marriages as per the traditions of their religions. For example, Christians marry in church as per their tradition, Hindus perform marriages as per their customs and traditions. What is the stand of Islam on such marriages, are they valid or haram. Are all the non-Muslims indulge in Zina even after performing marriage as per their customs. Moreover, what is the status of their child. Are all non-Muslim child Haram?

Yes their marriages will remain valid and legal in the eyes of islam and they have no need to perform marriages again thats why their child will be halal because islam considers such types of marriages correct which they perform as per their religious traditions

کیا فرماتے ہیں مفتیان کرام اس مسئلہ ذیل کے بارے میں۔۔ میری پہلی طلاق کے ۱۲ سال کے بعد میرا دوسرا نکاح ہوا میرے پاس پہلے شوہر سے ایک بیٹا ہے۔ اب سے ۲ سال قبل میرا دوسرا نکاح ہونے سے پہلے میں نے اپنی ساری پریشانی میرے ہونے والے دوسرے شوہر کے سامنے رکھی تو ان ہونے میرے بیٹے کے ساتھ ہر بات کو قبول کیا اور پوری ذمہ داری اپنے والدین کے سامنے لی اور انکے والدین بھی اس میں پوری طرح شریک تھے۔۔ اب میرے شوہر ہر طرح کی زمیداری سے پلٹ گئے ہیں اور میرے بیٹے کو بھی قبول نہیں کر رہے ہیں اور جس گھر میں مجھے رکھا تھا وہ بھی فروخت کردیا ہے۔ میرے شوہر مجھے بار بار جلدی جلدی ہر ۲ ماہ میں مجھے رخصت کردیتے ہیںمیری والدہ کے گھر بھیج دیتے ہیں اور میںجانانہیں چاہتی میرے شوہر کی پہلی بیوی بھی ہیں لیکن انکو انکی والدہ کےگھر نہیں بھیجتے۔۔ اور میری والدہ کا گھر 260 کلومیٹر فاصلے پر ہے اور مجھے آسانی سےواپس نہیں بلاتے ۔۔اب جب میں شوہر کے پاس جاؤں تو کیا میرے شوہر کو میرے پاس اتنے ہی روز لگاتار رہنا چاہیے جتنے روز میں والدہ کےگھر رہی ہوں اور وہ پہلی بیوی کے پاس رہے۔۔اس مسئلے میں میری رہنمائی فرمائیں۔۔ ۔ اس مسئلے میں میری رہنمائی فرمائیں۔۔ ۔ فقط وسلام۔۔ حمیرہ خان۔۔ ممبرا ضلع ٹھانے مہاراشٹرہ

Assalamu alaikum Mufti Sahab, Aaj kal ki shadio me Buffer system chal rha log khare khare khana kha lete hai. Kya aisi Shadi me jana durust hai Jaha Aap ko pata hai Ki waha Khare Hokar khana khilaya jayega.Waise Baithne ke liye kai table chair laga dete hai ki jisko baith ke khana hai baith jaye. Fir bhi kya aisi Shadi me khana khane jana Sahi hai ya galat.
